3-AXIS MOTORIZED TEST FIXTURE PROJECT SUMMARY
Turning our customer’s manual fixture into an automated production fixture, Pipeline incorporated three motors to control yaw, pitch, and displacement of an echo plate to validate the functionality of medical devices, including custom software programming to drive the motors.

BENDING TEST FIXTURE PROJECT SUMMARY
A custom medical device test fixture that allowed our customer to apply simulated bending, axial, and torsional load profiles to their device, all while measuring forces in real time. A custom LabVIEW program was also developed by Pipeline to control the automation of the machine.
